Available for Best Credit Rx clients who have completed the credit repair program with Best Credit Rx  & desire continued monitoring of their credit profile.

    • Personal Info - $10
      • Personal info is defined as the deletion or repair of any Incorrect Name, Date of Birth, Address, SSN, or Employer from any bureau.
    • Inquiries $25
      • Inquiries are defined as the deletion of any credit inquiry listed on a client's credit report from any bureau.
    • Standard Items - $50
      • Standard Items are defined as the deletion or repair of any item reported by any creditor or collection agency, that is NOT listed as a Public Record, from any bureau
    • Public Records - $100
      • Public Record is defined as the deletion of any Public Record on the client's credit report (Judgments, tax Liens, or Bankruptcy) from any bureau.

Best Credit Rx PAYMENT POLICY

Monthly Model: The client understands that there will be an Audit Services Fee of $199 for an Individual or $298 for a Couple for the Audit Services, depending on which service level chosen.  Additionally, Client will be billed a Monthly Service Fee of $109 for an Individual or $208 for a Couple, for Monthly Services as described in the first part of this Agreement.  Such Monthly Service Fee will only be billed, in arrearages, to Client after a month of services has been fully performed. The Monthly Services will continue until Client cancels service or until Best Credit Rx has provided all of the services it has agreed to provide Client.

Pay Per Delete Model: The client understands that there will be an Audit Services Fee of $199 for an Individual or $298 for a Couple for the Audit Services, depending on which service level chosen.  Additionally, Client will be billed the following fees for deletions/partial repairs (as completely described under the monthly service fee portion of this contract) Personal Info - $10, Inquiries $25, Standard Items - $50, Public Records - $100. Such Deletion Fees will only be billed, in arrearages, to Client after the deletions have occurred. Balances below $100 will be paid in full at the time of file review. Balances over $100 - Invoices will be sent and you will have 48 hours to make payment arrangements. If we don’t hear from you- payments will be set up at $100 a month per person towards deletion fee balances owed. Payment in full discounts are always available. Payment plans towards balances owed are always available - you simply must contact the billing department to establish. Payments can be made weekly, every 2 weeks or every 30 days.

Client understands that when he or she cancels the Agreement, they will likely be billed the following month for Monthly Services/ Deletion Fees the Company provided/achieved to the Client during the month they cancelled the Agreement.  Under no circumstances will Client be charged for any services, either Monthly Services or Audit Services, prior to Best Credit Rx providing such services to Client.

I authorize Best Credit Rx to process debit entries from my account. This authority will remain in effect until the account is paid in full. I understand there will be a $35.00 fee automatically charged to my account for any insufficient funds (NSF) transactions whether they be check or card payments. Note:  Typically Clients remain with Best Credit Rx for 7-12 months, some shorter, some longer.  If Client elects the Standard Individual Program ($109 monthly repair fee), and remain with Best Credit Rx for 7 months, the Client’s total expenditure will be $962 or $1,507 for 12. If Client elects the Discounted Couples Program ($199 monthly repair fee), and remain with Best Credit Rx for 7 months, the Client’s total expenditure will be $1456 or $2,496 for 12. 

I understand that if I fail to pay my invoice  balance that  Best Credit Rx will gift me the amount of the invoice and send me  a 1099 representing the gift amount.
