Monthly Credit Repair
The Client understands a required Audit Services Fee of $249 for an Individual or $498 with a Partner. Additionally, the Client will is billed a Monthly Service Fee of $129 for an Individual or $228 with a Partner for monthly services as described in the Agreement.
The Monthly Service Fee will be billed in arrearages to the Client. The monthly services fee will continue until the Client cancels or until Best Credit RX has provided all services per the Agreement.
Credit Monitoring
The $24.99 credit monitoring fee is a separate enrollment with a separate affiliate company.
Cancellation
After cancellation, The Client understands that they will be billed the following month for Monthly Credit Repair fees. This invoice is for services provided by Best Credit RX before being canceled.
Under no circumstances will Client be charged for any services not provided by Best Credit RX.
Auto Payments
I authorize Best Credit RX to process automatic payments from my account. This authorization will remain in effect until the account is paid in full.
I understand that a $35.00 fee will be automatically charged to my account for any insufficient funds (NSF) transactions, whether check or card payments.
Examples of Programs Amounts
Typically, Clients remain with Best Credit Rx for 7-12 months, some shorter, some longer.
Example #1: The Client elects the Monthly Credit Repair Program as an Individual ($129 monthly repair fee) and remains with Best Credit RX for seven months. In that case, the Client’s total cost will be $903 (+$249 audit fee). If
the Client stays for 12 months, costing $1,548 (+$249 audit fee).
Example #2: The Client elects the Monthly Credit Repair Program, including a Partner ($228 monthly repair fee), and remains with Best Credit Rx for seven months. In that case, the Client’s total cost will be $1596 (+$498 audit fee)for seven months. If the Client stays for 12 months, the total cost is $2,736 (+$498 audit fee).
Fail to Pay
I understand that if I fail to pay my invoice balance, Best Credit RX will gift me the invoice amount and send a 1099 representing the gift amount.

You probably want to know how long this will take. The entire process will generally take between 4 and 7 months.

Get Started
You’ll complete the enrollment forms and sign up for credit monitoring.
Day 2
Welcome Call
We’ll chat on the phone to go over the details of the upcoming process.
Day 3-4
Audit
We’ll complete your audit.
Day 5
Fee
You’ll pay your $249 audit fee.
Day 6
Processing
All of your information goes over to processors.
Day 10
Letters
The credit bureaus generate letters and send them on your behalf.
Day 11 to 40
Waiting
Your processing loop continues, and we wait for the result.
Day 45
Review
Once the waiting is over, we’ll review your file to see what’s happened.
Day 46-180
Analyzing
We make sure the correct information is being sent and received. We continuously review and update the data.
Day 180
Finish Line
You’ll see the results and significant improvements.
Day 181
Exit Interview
Day 181
We’ll do one last call to follow up on all the updates and close out your process.
All the below items will be reviewed during the application process.
Monitoring Service
I understand I will be required to maintain a triple bureau monitoring service.

Not Been Promised
I have not been promised any specific score or positive score change.
Cancel Agreement
I understand that I can cancel this agreement within the next (5) days with zero fees.
Audit Fee
I understand my audit fee of $249 or $498(for you and a partner) will be charged in 1-5 days after my Welcome call, and I understand monthly fees as described in the Payment Policy.
Read and Understood
I have read and understood the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, FTC Disclosure, and notice of the Right to Cancel.

Payment Policy
I have read the payment policy and understand that if I am enrolled in the MONTHLY PLAN – my first monthly service fee will be charged automatically 30 days after enrollment. Other payment terms can be requested at any time via email to billing@bestcreditrx.com.
