We will work with you to get your credit reports in our hands. Once we review your credit reports, we will discuss your options and go through each account item with you to understand what happened.
We’ll let you know what we can work on. This way you can make an educated decision when determining how to utilize our services.
We don't offer our services to every person we review as a client. In certain situations we recommend that you don't employ our services immediately so that some improvements can be made on your own first to get the full value of our services.
Best Credit Rx offer a variety of services.
We understand that everyone's financial situation and credit are very unique, which is why we offer the best comprehensive, personalized and proven credit repair programs. When you become an Best Credit Rx client, we will not only customize your credit repair program to your exact needs and goals but we help you understand the process. In short, we want to educate you about the process, what you should and should not do and how we are going to work with each other to have the best results for your credit. And we do all of this at a affordable rate that can fit into anyone's budget. Our proven techniques are based upon extensive research of consumer credit laws, working with RESPA and HUD, experience with all three credit bureaus, Dunn & Bradstreet and creditor tactics that are all an essential part for our clients. Our programs are 100% legal and we have helped tens of thousands of clients, throughout the world to correct and update their credit profiles resulting in higher credit scores.
Great question. The process is a little different for everyone so when you do call in, we will be able to educate you about your process and set your expectation of what to expect in the months to come.
The process can take as little as 30-45 days to have an immediate impact on your credit report and corresponding scores. However, we require a minimum of a three to six month contract with all of our clients as it can take several months and multiple responses and requests to get a majority of derogatory information removed by the creditors and credit agencies. We have the greatest impact on your score the longer we work your file. We make no guarantees but we have a long list of references that will attest to the quality of our work.
This will depend on what your credit report is showing, what your goals are, and what we realistically think we can accomplish for you.
(Each individual is different and pricing is subject to change. Individual results may vary!)
We accept all major credit cards (Except American Express), bank debit cards, cashier’s check, money order and personal checks. Payments are due every thirty days.
We work directly with each customer to provide a payment plan that works for you. The good thing for you is that we give you several weeks notice of payment cancellations from our account.
You will need to provide us with a credit report to review so we can establish whether or not we can help you. We will review your reports and then let you know what we recommend to begin repairing your credit. We will also let you know whether or not our services can help at the current time. If we can help, then you will need to review and return our credit repair agreement and an initial payment. Going forward, we will require that you provide us monthly updates from the credit agencies so we can continue to work on repairing your credit.

is a number generated by a mathematical formula that is meant to predict credit worthiness. The most common of the credit score standards is the FICO score created by Fair Isaac. The FICO score ranges from 300-850 and is intended as a predictor of whether or not you will be 90 days late on a loan obligation. Fair Isaac uses thousands of credit reports to calibrate the FICO scoring model and is very secretive of the exact formula.
Here is a percentage breakdown of a FICO score:
- 35% - Payment History
- 30% - Debt Ratio
- 15% - Length of Credit History
- 10% - Types of Credit
- 10% - Number of Credit Inquiries
When you hire us, we will work on removing inaccurate, obsolete or unverifiable items from your payment history. We will also show you how to maximize your debt to ratio score, even if paying off credit cards is not an option. Our Company even has methods of increasing your credit history with positive rated accounts that will improve your score. We can also work on removing credit inquiries from your credit report. Most people are aware of the three credit reporting agencies TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian. The average difference in scores between the highest and lowest of your three FICO scores is 60 points. Why is there such a range in points? There can be little consistency on the items each bureau have on their report. These items may be correct, incorrect, or not reported in full compliance with Federal law.
According to the Government Accountability Office, 80-90% of credit reports have serious errors on them and this does not even include the more minute errors for which we look.
How can I find out my credit score?
Visit www.myfico.com and order a copy of your credit score. This is not necessarily the same score that mortgage companies will use. Your can request your personal FICO score at www.myfico.com; this is a personal inquiry so it will not hurt your credit score. Best Credit Rx cannot pull your credit score for you.
How can I get a free copy of my credit report?
By law, all consumers are entitled to a free copy of their credit report from each of the three credit bureaus once per year. Visit www.annualcreditreport.com to get your report for FREE. (This is for the credit report only and does not include the credit score.) For more information check out our Facebook page, Credit Education or ask us directly through our contact page.
The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) is the law passed by Congress defining your legal rights in regard to your Credit Report. Among other rights, the FCRA says:
- You must be told if information in your Credit Report has been used against you.
- You have the right to know what is in your Credit Report.
- You have the right to dispute incomplete or inaccurate information.
For more information, visit the Federal Trade Commission's webpage about the FCRA. (http://www.ftc.gov/os/statutes/fcrajump.shtm)
Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA)
The Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA) was signed into in 2003 and was a revision to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). It allows consumers to get one free Credit Report from each of the three national bureaus once a year. This is possible through AnnualCreditReport.com. Buyer beware: other websites offer a "free credit report" for signing up with their services. They however use your free report from the government to provide that information to you.
The free Credit Report that many people get through freecreditreport.com, scored123.com or MyFico.com does not count toward your free report from the government. (www.annualcreditreport.com) You can still get both.
For more information, visit the Federal Trade Commission's webpage about the FCRA. (http://www.ftc.gov/os/statutes/fcrajump.shtm)
The Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA):
Was signed into law in 1996 and governs the business and advertising practices of companies claiming to offer "credit repair" services. Prior to CROA, there were some companies that took advantage of consumers and profited on advice that actually hurt consumers instead of helping them. Be very careful when dealing with any company that offers to "fix" or "clean" your credit for money. Many of the services these agencies offer are things you can do for yourself at no cost, such as filing disputes with the credit bureaus.
For more information, visit the Federal Trade Commission's webpage about CROA.
We guarantee that if an item is removed from your credit report and reappears on your credit report on/or before 5 years from the date you started with us with the same account number and name--- we will work to remove this information for you at no additional cost to you.
